VCAT hearing on quarry noise

Synergetics staff provided a client with expert witness representation at a VCAT hearing regarding the noise emissions from a quarry into a proposed residential development. Synergetics provided on-going help to the client after the hearing, providing additional noise modeling and measurements and responding to the solicitors representing the parties opposing the development.
