Synergetics sustainability services. Synergetics understands the complexity surrounding sustainability issues for businesses of all types and sizes. Our approach is simple, we help clients find innovative and practical solutions that help improve their environmental performance and save money in the process. Synergetics sustainability services are grouped into three main areas: Technical; management and staff services. We believe this makes it easier for Clients to identify how to improve their performance in their own organisations. Tackling sustainability does not always have to equate to financial investment in changing equipment and infrastructure for example. Often it can be as effective at the other end of the scale with implementing low or no cost measures and changing staff behaviour.

Technical Services

Technical services include environmental reviews that help clients measure the level of resource consumption and inefficiencies within their business. This generates a baseline with which future performance can be compared with. Environmental reviews can range from a simple assessment of greenhouse gas emissions and utility use onsite, to a more in-depth analysis of the lifecycle costs of suppliers of goods and services, transport and logistics and the environmental performance buildings. This gives a more detailed footprint of the environmental impact of the business.

Regardless of the extent of the review, Synergetics will calculate the potential environmental and cost saving measures, with associated payback periods. This helps Clients justify investment in making improvements. onsite to management.

Management Services

Management services help clients build sustainability and environmental issues into the core of management policies and procedures. We are able to develop tailor-made policies and implementation plans, to help clients go beyond measuring their impacts to actually implementing real improvements over realistic time periods. We help clients "green" their supply chain by looking at opportunities to change contracts with suppliers and customers.

Corporate reporting is another area where Synergetics can provide independent validation and credibility.

Staff Services

Staff services help clients change staff culture through training and awareness raising. We offer training and facilitation for in-house events.
